Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Reliable Cable, LLC ("Reliable Cable," "we," "us") and you ("Subscriber," "Customer," "you"). By activating service, using our network, or visiting our website, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into this agreement
• You must be the legal occupant or authorized representative of the service address
• You must provide accurate, current contact and billing information and update it when it changes
• Service is non-transferable. One account per service address. Business accounts are subject to separate terms.

3. No Long-Term Contract

Reliable Cable provides service on a month-to-month basis. There is no minimum commitment period and no early termination fee. You may cancel service at any time by calling +1 (855) 444-0321. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. All Reliable Cable equipment must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation date.

4. Service and Coverage

Service availability is subject to coverage at your specific address. Advertised speeds represent maximum theoretical performance under optimal conditions. Actual speeds may vary based on your in-home equipment, wiring, number of connected devices, and real-world network conditions. Reliable Cable does not guarantee any minimum speed level but commits to investigating and addressing persistent performance issues upon report.

5. Billing and Payment

• Service is billed monthly in advance on your billing anniversary date
• Payment is due within 20 days of the bill date. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers
• A late fee of $9.99 applies to accounts more than 30 days past due
• Service may be suspended after 45 consecutive days of non-payment. A $15 restoration fee applies upon reconnection
• All advertised prices are base service rates. Applicable government taxes and regulatory fees are billed separately and are outside Reliable Cable's control
• Reliable Cable commits to maintaining your plan rate for the life of your subscription with 60 days' written notice of any increase

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Our network is provided for lawful personal and business use. You agree not to use Reliable Cable service to:

• Transmit or distribute unlawful content, including copyright-infringing material, defamatory content, or illegal communications
• Conduct or participate in denial-of-service attacks, network scanning, or intrusion attempts against any system
• Operate commercial hosting servers, bulk mailing operations, or content delivery networks without prior written authorization
• Resell or redistribute Reliable Cable service to any third party without explicit written permission
• Deliberately interfere with Reliable Cable's infrastructure or the experience of other customers on our network

Violations may result in immediate service suspension or termination. Reliable Cable will cooperate with law enforcement investigations involving unlawful use of our network.

7. Equipment

All equipment provided by Reliable Cable — including routers, cable boxes, and accessories — remains the property of Reliable Cable, LLC. You agree to:

• Use equipment only at the registered service address
• Protect equipment from physical damage and theft
• Return all equipment within 14 days of service termination in its original or equivalent working condition
• Pay for lost or damaged equipment at the current replacement cost (router: $160; cable box: $130; remote: $28)

Reliable Cable replaces defective equipment at no charge during the service period. Do not attempt to modify or open network equipment — doing so voids the replacement coverage.

8. Service Interruptions

Reliable Cable targets 99.9% network uptime and actively monitors our infrastructure to detect and resolve outages proactively. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by acts of nature, third-party infrastructure failures, government actions, or events outside our reasonable control. Subscribers affected by verified outages exceeding 24 hours may request a prorated service credit by contacting us within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reliable Cable's total liability arising from any claim related to our services shall not exceed three months of your paid subscription fees. Reliable Cable is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of business income, data, or productivity — arising from service use or disruption.

10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting our customer team at +1 (855) 444-0321. If informal resolution fails within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. Class action participation is waived to the extent permitted by law. Arbitration shall take place in Maricopa County, Arizona.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any non-arbitrable disputes shall be heard in the state or federal courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Modifications

Reliable Cable may update these Terms with 30 days' advance notice via email or account portal notification. Continued use of service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept changes, you may cancel without penalty before they take effect.
